|Recommended: YesGreat views and quiet — I moved in last month and it has been a great overall experience. The only complaint I have is around the shower water pressure, it is really low so far. I'm hoping there is a fix for it

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in the Springs — I've lived here since December 2025 and truly enjoy living here. The views outside all of my windows are incredible. It's really close to everything Shopping, Hiking, etc. . There is a paved walking trail right next to the apartment the connects with the whole city. The trail has tons of waterfalls and I haven't seen any sketchy people. It's a 0.6 mile walk to Camin Thai Cuisine which is by far the best Thai food in the Springs. I enjoy walking there and back on a nice day. The dog park is great and have only encountered friendly dogs there. I can't speak highly enough about the property management staff. I love how they have regular events here too. There's the occasional annoyance that you will get at any apartment complex Pet waste, light trash, noise, etc. but everything else offsets that. I still have to pinch myself every time I look out my windows. I got to watch the fireworks on top of Pikes Peak on New Years laying in my bed. I thought it wouldn't be a fun transition moving from a house into an apartment but this is BY FAR the best apartment that I've ever lived in. Would highly recommend

|Recommended: YesPet Friendly Affordable Upscale Living — When I found myself needing to relocate to Colorado Springs, I never imagined finding an apartment complex that would meet every one of my needs.
The pet-friendly and well-manicured grounds provide a wonderful residential feel. While there is ample parking within the gated community, I opted for a spacious garage that makes accessing my unit seamless. The apartments are modern, and I was fortunate to have brand-new appliances in my unit. Additionally, the property staff is amazing and consistently responsive to tenant needs.

|Recommended: YesTerry Hennessee — I moved from Pueblo West to Rewind at Crest at the end of June. The contract signing process was really easy, and the staff were all very nice. I love my apartment and all of the amenities that this property has to offer. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond and friendly. The pool and hot tub are great for my son and me. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and friendly community. I'm very grateful that I found this property
